As of 12/21/2013 there are 106 active listings, 2.5 months worth of inventory. The Gold Coast also appears to have shifted to expansion mode in 2013, as 2.5 months worth of inventory is very low. This neighborhood has some of the most grand and luxurious homes in the city and remains one of the wealthiest in the country.
