Why Do People Live here?

Homes for sale in the Lake Shore East neighborhood, Chicago real estate consists of large single family/row homes, town homes and condos. Bordering Lake Michigan to the East and the Chicago river to the north homes, I have always thought of Lake Shore East as a mini Central Park. The neighborhood has really developed into a trendy place to live. It has a grocery store (Mariano’s) and several restaurants as well as health clubs in most buildings, spas and a centrally located park. On the west side of the neighborhood is the Aqua condominium building, where condo owners can enjoy all the amenities of the hotel.
